Our Client is hiring experienced Account Managers to own the owner experience throughout the leasing process, keep files moving, and make sure execution is tight from start to finish.
This role is for someone who already knows how to manage a client book with proactive communication, strong follow-up, deadline control, clean documentation, and clear accountability.
The right person is organized, fast, professional under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple active files in a structured, high-volume environment.

- Deliver a white-glove client experience through clear communication and strong follow-up
- Keep files moving by confirming readiness, gathering missing information, coordinating next steps, and preventing delays
- Provide proactive updates so owners know what is happening, what is pending, and what happens next
- Manage time-sensitive items with urgency, professionalism, and strong communication
- Collect, review, and track required documentation according to company process
- Maintain clean CRM records, including notes, tasks, follow-ups, updates, and stage movement
- Identify stalled files, missing information, client concerns, and service issues before they escalate
- Escalate issues early when needed and protect client satisfaction through strong judgment
- Support a structured, process-driven leasing experience from start to finish
- 3–5+ years of account management experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients, accounts, properties, or files at the same time
- Strong communication skills and confidence handling client concerns
- High process discipline and comfort working inside a structured CRM workflow
- Strong follow-up habits, task management, and documentation accuracy
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize quickly in a high-volume environment
- Professional judgment when handling complaints, escalations, deadlines, and sensitive client issues
- Comfortable working remotely during EST business hours
- Leasing, property management, real estate operations, or housing-related experience
- Experience in high-volume, SLA-driven, operations-heavy, or service-based environments
- Experience handling both clients and internal operations teams
- Comfort using AI/tools to improve documentation, reporting, summaries, and internal efficiency
