We are seeking Accounting Student for our Canadian Industrial Division to work in our Edmonton, AB office. We are looking for students that are available for 4 or 8 months starting in January 2027. The positions will be under the direct supervisor of the Accounting Manager.

We are seeking Accounting Student for our Canadian Industrial Division to work in our Edmonton, AB office. We are looking for students that are available for 4 or 8 months starting in January 2027. The positions will be under the direct supervisor of the Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities
As an Accounting Student, you will contribute to our team by performing a combination of the following duties dependent on the assigned project:
- Full Cycle Accounts Payable
- Entering invoices into the PCL accounting system
- Bank reconciliations
- Inter-company invoicing
- Courier and phone costing
- Running and updating various reports
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Visa card reconciliations
- Preparing accounts receivable report
- Weekly cheque printing
- Client progress billings
- Subcontract administration
- Creation and management of Ad Hoc Reports
- Miscellaneous support to Accounting team
What you will bring to the role:
- Currently enrolled in an Accounting diploma/degree program.
- Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to perform multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Successful applicants must be able to provide their own CSA approved steel toed boots and be willing to take and pass a Pre-Access Alcohol & Drug Test. Public transportation is not available for this position so successful applicant must have their own vehicle.
