Administration/Shipping Clerk

The primary function of the Administration/Shipping Clerk is to support the Divisions daily administration/shipping functions. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who can work well in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changes with minimal disruption to daily duties and processes. The chosen candidate must have an Administration background with experience in logistics and customer service. They work well within a team-based culture, have strong analytical skills, and can focus on results from the information provided.

Performance Requirements

• Manage the flow of paperwork, scanning, and filing
• Invoice sales orders including posting freight to the orders.
• Perform related clerical duties such as faxing and photocopying.
• A/R and Accounts Payables
• Logistics Scheduling
  
  

Standards of Performance

• Minimum of 5 years Administration.
• Strong computer skills
• Adhere to all Health & Safety policies & procedures.
• Strong verbal and written skills to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  
  

Work Conditions

• Full-time Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) and any overtime as required. Morning shift from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Benefits, RRSP and discretionary bonus program
• Reports directly to the Division Manager
