- Q4 2026: Commence modular biogas plant fabrication and installation
- 2027+: Scale to 100+ ha farming operations, 5.5-25 MWe biogas deployments
- Hands-on field experience

- OFI Cactus Farm Managers (Limpopo, Mpumalanga)
- Agricultural Extension Officers (community training)
- Nursery Operations Supervisors
- Irrigation & Water Management Technicians
- Agronomy Researchers (arid land specialists)
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Engineering degree (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical)
- ECSA registration (or working toward)
- AutoCAD/SolidWorks proficiency
- Biogas Process Engineers (AD/CSTR design)
- Mechanical Engineers (equipment fabrication & installation)
- Electrical Engineers (power integration, grid connection)
- Chemical Engineers (biomethane upgrading, gas quality control)
- FEED Engineering Project Managers
- Instrumentation & Controls Engineers
- Procurement experience (industrial equipment)
- Vendor management
- SAP or ERP system experience
- Negotiation skills
- Fabrication Shop Supervisors
- Welders & Pipefitters (SABS certified)
- Instrumentation Technicians
- Construction Site Managers
- Quality Control Inspectors (ASME, SANS standards)
- Materials Planning Specialists
- Shift work availability (24/7 operations)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Grade 12 + technical certificate preferred
- Willingness to work in rural locations
