Job Duties

• Performing all assigned duties in a professional, efficient, and timely manner
• Working collaboratively with the management team and other staff members to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the company
• Managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, text messages on behalf of the company, and daily entries to internal tools and documents in an efficient and timely manner
• Responding to leads and scheduling appointments for our Building Science Specialists according to company guidelines
• Pulling and/or preparing supporting documents for Building Science Specialist appointments
• Preparing mailings

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other staff members
• Excellent organizational skills to keep accurate records and find vital information quickly
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize and complete assigned tasks throughout the day
• Excellent patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with all customers
• Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Adaptability
