Audi Royal Oak is looking for an experienced Appointment Coordinator to join our team and play an important role in creating a seamless service experience for our guests.

What You'll Do

• Efficiently schedule appointments, confirmations, and updates with a touch of knowledge and flair.
• Check for outstanding recalls, advise on manufacturer warranty coverage, and offer alternate transportation options.
• Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally, ensuring our guests feel valued and heard.
• Review and coordinate appointments with the parts department, making sure everything is in place for a seamless service experience.
• Collect and process payments, following dealership guidelines with precision.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Previous customer service or appointment coordination experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to create positive experiences.
• Confidence using technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Automotive or dealership experience is an asset.
