  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, invoice corrections, and credit memo requests before invoices are issued.
  • Apply Canadian sales tax requirements, including GST/HST, QST, and applicable provincial tax regulations.
  • Respond to customer billing inquiries, support dispute resolution, and proactively address issues that could delay payment.
  • Monitor aging invoices, follow up on missing documentation or portal rejections, and support continuous improvement of invoicing processes and global billing practices.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review, validate, and reconcile billing information accurately.
  • Knowledge of Canadian sales taxes, including GST/HST and QST.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and implement practical solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple billing activities simultaneously.

  • Experience with SAP or another ERP system (nice to have).
  • Experience with customer invoicing portals such as Ariba and fluency in both French and English (nice to have).
