We are currently hiring for our offices in Uptown, Westshore, or Sidney, BC
Job type:
Full-time, permanent
Your schedule:
Monday to Friday; Flexible start and end times; 1 work from home day permitted per week.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $53,000

Your role:
- Summarizing the client’s books and records
- Management of client’s payroll, payables, receivables, expenses and tax remittances
- Assisting clients with the betterment of record-keeping
- Vacation relief for other bookkeeping staff
- All other bookkeeping and administrative duties as required
- Self-starter, takes initiative
- Can work independently with little supervision; Ability to jump into bookkeeping files with minimal support
- Great organization and communication skills
- Proficiency and/or experience with: Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word; Bookkeeping applications including Sage, QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online; and Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Can-do attitude
- Experience working in a team-based environment
- Three weeks' annual vacation
