The Role:
You will have the opportunity to be part of a very special team for Live Nation’s newest Canadian venue, HISTORY Ottawa. A state-of-the-art venue with a capacity of up to 2000 host ing over 180 concerts and private events annually. If you are ready to be a part of Ottawa’s most memorable and historic shows, this role might be for you!
Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person ticket sales using the Ticketmaster computer system

Balance and account for credit card receipts from sales transactions

Describe venue layouts and seating locations for our customers

Organize and distribute "will-call" tickets as needed
-
Maintain exemplary customer service in accordance with Live Nation standards and policies, exercising professionalism and applying problem solving skills when satisfying customer concerns

Foster and maintain a positive and team-oriented approach towards colleagues and the company

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
-
Superior customer service skills and asset, but not required .
-
Experience with Ticketmaster systems a strong asset, but not necessary as training will be provided

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
-
Understanding of basic computer skills and experience with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

General office and/or cash handling experience, preferred but not required
-
Organized, detail oriented and able to manage a diverse and ever-changing environment
-
Highly motivated, proactive self-starter who is able to work under pressure
-
A passion for live events and desire to ensure every customer experience is exceptional!

Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required

The expected compensation for this position in Ontario is: $20 per hour.
