Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated F&I Manager to join our team. The F&I Manager will be responsible for overseeing the finance and insurance operations of our dealership. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail.

Duties

• Present and sell protection options and insurance products
• Facilitate the buying process for customer including completion of credit application, and printing paperwork and contracts
• Submitting applications to lenders and working for approvals
• Completion of deal files and submission for funding from lenders
• Keep an organized work environment
• Strive for customer satisfaction before, during and after a sale.
• Work as part of a F&I team covering shift and printing deals when your teammate is on vacation, which will also be done for you.
• Supervise and manage the finance and insurance department
• Work closely with lenders to secure competitive financing options for customers
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process
• Train and develop staff on finance and insurance processes
• Maintain accurate records of all finance transactions
• Collaborate with sales team to maximize revenue opportunities
  
  

Experience

• Previous experience as an F&I Manager in the Automotive setting
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and services
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and profitability goals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• PBS experience is a plus but not required
• Symtech DAVE experience is a plus but not required. (We are a Symtech Dealer with DAVE software, and offer excellent process and sales training.)
