Jardeg is accepting resumes for future Carpenter Journeyperson opportunities , to join the team at the Dawson Creek Hospital Project. This will be a great opportunity for someone looking to be home every night through the winter and maybe beyond.
The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday. The shift may include extended hours and weekends, as required by the project. This position does not have camp accommodations or travel allowance.
As a Carpenter Journeyperson, your responsibilities are as below but not limited to:

As a Carpenter Journeyperson, your responsibilities are as below but not limited to:
- Build forms for concrete
- Cut, shape, and join
- Look for and fix deficiencies
- Check accuracy of work, and makes adjustments as required
- Construct and form chutes for pouring concrete
- Inform immediate supervisor of abnormalities or defects and/or takes appropriate measures
- Act as a work leader and mentors to apprentice carpenters
- CSTS 2020
- WHIMIS
- Fall Protection is an asset
- Journeyperson Certification and/or Interprovincial Red Seal OR proof of hours
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
