The Change Management Advisor plays a key role in helping employees successfully adopt new technologies, processes, and ways of working across the organization. You will partner closely with Learning & Development, Communications, Digital Transformation teams, and business leaders to support change readiness, engagement, learning reinforcement, communications, and adoption activities that enable successful business transformation.

Monday to Friday | In office and Hybrid after probation | Coquitlam, BC

In this role, you will:
- Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments to understand how technology and business changes affect employees and teams.
- Translate findings into practical change strategies, engagement plans, heat maps, and adoption activities.
- Partner with Learning & Development and Communications to create learning, communication, and engagement plans that support successful change.
- Facilitate workshops, gather feedback, build stakeholder relationships, and support leaders throughout the change journey.
- Monitor adoption, identify resistance or risks, and recommend actions to improve engagement and sustain results.
- 3+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, learning and development, project management, or a related field.
- Experience supporting technology implementations, transformation initiatives, or organizational change programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills, including the ability to translate complex information into meaningful, people-focused messages.
- Experience with change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, ACMP, or similar frameworks is considered an asset.
