Royal York Property Management is one of Canada’s leading property management companies, managing thousands of residential rental properties across Ontario. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented Cleaners to join our growing network of cleaning professionals.

This role includes a combination of move-in cleaning, move-out cleaning, vacant-unit turnover cleaning, and regular housekeeping in occupied homes. Cleaners will travel directly to scheduled appointments and work independently to ensure each property is cleaned thoroughly and completed according to company standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Complete move-in and move-out cleaning for residential rental properties
  • Perform detailed turnover cleaning in vacant apartments and homes
  • Provide regular housekeeping services in occupied homes when required
  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, and common surfaces
  • Complete detailed cleaning tasks such as baseboards, inside cabinets, and inside appliances
  • Use a mobile work app to receive assignments, read instructions, navigate with GPS, upload photos, and update job statuses
  • Inspect your work before leaving to ensure the cleaning meets company standards
  • Report property damage, maintenance concerns, or areas that cannot be properly cleaned
  • Travel between cleaning appointments using your own vehicle

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of paid professional cleaning experience
  • Comfortable completing both move-in/move-out cleaning and regular housekeeping
  • Must have your own reliable vehicle to travel to appointments and carry cleaning supplies
  • Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment required to complete residential cleaning appointments
  • Must have your own suitable smartphone capable of running a mobile work app, using GPS, taking clear photos, reading instructions, and submitting job updates
  • Comfortable cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, cabinets, appliances, and other detailed areas
  • Able to work independently and follow cleaning instructions
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with GPS-confirmed arrival times
