Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home and community settings.

We are looking for a Field Client Service Supervisor who can be autonomous in leading a team of Continuing Care Assistants and comfortable providing support to staff and clients. Our next Client Service Supervisor will thrive in a forward-thinking culture where being goal- oriented, a self-starter and taking initiative will drive the success of the team.

If your passion is rooted in all things leadership and you have a passion for building strong rapport and relationships, then this role will be right up your alley.

This is a permanent role, in a in-office and field based setting in our Bedford Office and traveling for supervisor client visits in Peninsula.

What You Will Be Doing

  • You will be responsible for the day-day management and coordination of the services your team will provide to the community.
  • You will be supervising and organizing projects within the support workers team. You thrive on being a self-starter and can work well under minimal supervision.
  • You can work in a team but are proven to be reliable while working independently.
  • You are a problem solver at heart and when problems do arise you are able to find solutions and able to provide the best customer service possible.
  • You are driven and thrive off delivering the best service possible to staff and clients.

Skills Needed For Success

  • Have current registration and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Nova Scotia as an LPN
  • Leadership experience in community care is an advantage
  • Ability to drive and handle supervisory client visits will be required
  • You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Thorough understanding of all facets of CCA and Nursing work with familiarity of policies and procedures in healthcare industry
  • Highly organized, with ability to multitask conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal skills.
