In this role, you will:
Step 1: Connect with Talent Acquisition
A personalized phone conversation to explore your experience, goals, and alignment with Lifemark’s vision and values.
Step 2: Meet Leadership
A video or in-person interview with the Regional Director to explore the clinic environment and team culture.
Step 3: In-Clinic Experience
An in-person visit to meet the team, observe clinical practice, and demonstrate your approach.
Step 4: Offer & Onboarding
A competitive offer is extended quickly, with a streamlined onboarding process typically completed in days.

- Graduate in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
- Registered and in good standing as a Physiotherapist in Nova Scotia
- 3–5+ years of clinical and administrative leadership experience in a rehabilitation clinic

- Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
- Provide mentorship and support the development of future clinicians
- Maintain clinical excellence through ongoing professional development
- Oversee clinic financial and operational performance
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Support scheduling, workflow coordination, and day-to-day clinic operations
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and empowerment
- Assist with recruitment and hiring
