Qualifications

• Graduate in Physiotherapy from a recognized university
• Registered and in good standing as a Physiotherapist in Nova Scotia
• 3–5+ years of clinical and administrative leadership experience in a rehabilitation clinic

• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
• Provide mentorship and support the development of future clinicians
• Maintain clinical excellence through ongoing professional development
• Oversee clinic financial and operational performance
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Support scheduling, workflow coordination, and day-to-day clinic operations
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and empowerment
