Our large, thriving FYidoctors Grande Prairie clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience to join our dynamic team as a Clinic Manager/Practice Coach!

This position is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday through Saturday, availability to work evenings is required.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily clinic operations to deliver exceptional patient experiences and alignment with company strategy, goals, and values
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge
- Collaborate with Regional Coach to strengthen leadership capabilities and achieve clinic objectives
- Build and inspire motivated, high-performing teams aligned with organizational goals
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by providing clear direction and cultivating a shared vision
- Motivate and influence team members by empowering them, creating enthusiasm, and gaining support to achieve clinic objectives
- Foster open communication through active listening and promoting a transparent, trust-based culture
- Drive practice development by improving procedures, implementing initiatives and optimize patient care and clinic performance
- Champion company initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and implement best practices to strengthen and enhance the brand
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience and creating value for every patient
- Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of management or supervisory experience
- Previous experience in customer service and retail preferred
- Understanding of operations, processes, and business performance
- Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
- Proven ability to inspire, coach, and mentor a team while driving organizational goals and delivering exceptional patient experiences
- A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of optical theory and eyewear merchandise is considered an asset
