12 MONTH FIXED TERM CLINICAL FELLOW IN DERMATOLOGY
This is a fixed term 10 session post initially based at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital (QEUH), but may have additional commitments across other hospital sites. The post is for 12 months 5/8/2026 – 4/8/2027.
This post is intended for candidates who have obtained their MRCP. Dermatology experience is essential and consideration may be given to support a portfolio pathway. Prospective candidates are reminded that this is a Service level post and not a Deanery-approved post. The successful candidate would have access to a wide range of educational opportunities through the subspecialty interests of Consultants within the Dermatology Directorate. Current subspecialty interest clinics include the following; cutaneous surgery (including Mohs surgery), skin cancer, post-transplant Dermatology, urticaria, photodermatology, contact dermatitis, bullous disorders, severe psoriasis, severe eczema, teaching, genodermatoses, paediatric dermatology, connective tissue disorders, lymphoma and hair disorders.For further information please contact

Applicants who have not undertaken a UK foundation programme within 3.5 years of the advertised post start date, you may be asked to submit a Certificate of Readiness to Enter Specialty Training (CREST). The CREST form must be completed by a consultant who has worked with you for a minimum continuous period of three months whole-time equivalent wholly within the 3.5 years prior to the advertised post start date for which you are applying.
