S&T is Toronto's leading fitness and wellness hub, offering the widest collection of group fitness classes in Canada. From complimentary full-service amenities and an unparalleled range of yoga, Pilates, HIIT, indoor cycling, HYROX, and Lagree Megaformer classes powered by top-of-the-line fitness equipment, custom-programmed lighting, immersive projection screens and state-of-the-art sound systems, to premium spa, recovery and high-tech biohacking amenities - every aspect of S&T has been designed to deliver a best-in-class experience with a hospitality approach. Tonic House, the multi-functional lounge, workspace and event venue, inspires collaboration and innovation.
Since opening in 2019, S&T has innovated and expanded state-of-the art classes across multiple channels: In-studio, Sweat in the Park, Sweat Live, Sweat on Demand, and Sweat on the Roof – a one-of-a-kind, outdoor rooftop fitness studio in the heart of downtown Toronto. In spring 2023, S&T opened its first international sister location, Silver Springs, a boutique yoga and Pilates oasis in the heart of Los Angeles, and opened its second location in Toronto at The Well in December 2023. S&T expanded the brand in June 2025 with a new concept studio, Reformd - the world’s largest-capacity Lagree studio, and will be bringing a fourth location in Toronto’s prestigious Yorkville neighbourhood in 2026. S&T was the recipient of the 2023 Mariana Tek Lasting Community Award, 2023 ClassPass Best Studio Award, and the Mariana Tek Best of Boutique Fitness Awards for 2024 and 2025, recognizing the highest studio attendance and commitment to innovation and excellence.
About The Opportunity
Sweat and Tonic’s commissary facility is the distribution center for laundry, food & beverage, supplies, retail, and fitness inventory for the entire business. As a part-time commissary driver & team member, you will play a vital role in getting clean towels, food & beverage, and supplies to our studios every day. This is a hands-on, hybrid role split across delivery driving on a fixed route, and laundry processing/inventory control on site. The hours are part-time, averaging 25-30 hours per week.
On the road, you will drive our 24–26 ft commissary box truck on a scheduled early-morning delivery route to our downtown Toronto studio locations. You’ll load and unload clean towel totes, food & beverage coolers, and supplies, and collect dirty towels for return to the commissary on the same loop. The route includes curbside stops and loading docks in large buildings, so you must be confident backing into bays and maneuvering a large truck through tight downtown streets and bike lanes. Because the truck is a registered commercial vehicle, you will complete a daily trip inspection before each shift, follow hours-of-service rules, and keep the vehicle clean, organized, and in safe working order. This role is essential to making sure every studio is stocked and ready before the first class of the day.
For laundry operations, you will be responsible for cleaning, folding, and staging laundry for delivery to our fitness studio locations in a ready-to-use state. This role requires speed, efficiency, and strong teamwork, to ensure that quotas are met daily and that studio locations never run out of towels.
You will also occasionally assist with inventory management protocols, including but not limited to verifying incoming shipments, putting away orders, organizing storage areas, conducting weekly or monthly supply counts, picking and staging orders for shipment, and loading items into the truck for delivery.
You’re a good fit if you’re a confident, safety-first driver with real box-truck experience, work fast, are committed to detailed cleanliness and organization, and take pride in hitting daily targets. The role requires a full Ontario G licence, a clean driving record, and flexible availability across weekday and weekend mornings.
Primary Responsibilities
We are an equal opportunity employer. In addition, we are committed to providing accommodations for applicants upon request at any stage of the recruitment process in accordance with all legislative requirements throughout Canada. Please let us know if you require accommodation due to a disability during any aspect of the recruitment process and we will work with you to address your needs.
