Why work with 3twenty?

We are innovators, collaborators, and builders. We live by and represent the core values of our business – trust, collaboration, innovation, win-win, fun, and relationships. Hear from some of our team members on what it’s like to work here.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the sales team and review requests for proposals (RFPs) to gather project requirements for estimate submission.
  • Consolidate requests for information (RFIs) and clarifications from the internal team and vendor partners to assist with preparing quality and competitive proposals.
  • Coordinate with the design team and subcontractors to ensure proposals are feasible and cost-effective.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labour, and other relevant factors.
  • Prepare detailed proposals which include required materials, scope of work, exclusions, pricing and a preliminary construction schedule.
  • Act as a liaison by leading a project hand-off meeting between the sales and project teams to ensure a seamless transition of projects.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and pricing to provide competitive and accurate estimates.

Who You’ll Work With

The Team: You will collaborate closely with our sales team, designers, specialists, subtrades and project managers to ensure accurate project estimates.

Collaborators: By forming key relationships with our supply chain and subcontractors, we are able to collaborate on designs that result in high-quality, cost-efficient builds for our customers.

What You’ll Bring

  • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management or a related field.
  • Five years or more of relevant experience is preferred; a combination of experience and education may be considered.
  • Technical understanding of construction processes and building materials.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • A self-directed approach to identifying inefficiencies and independently driving process improvements.

What We Offer

  • Competitive wages, a comprehensive benefits package, and an employer-contributed retirement savings plan.
  • A forward-thinking company committed to redefining the construction experience.
  • This opportunity requires in-person work; however, we offer a flexible work environment that includes remote work when it aligns with individuals' schedules and our project needs.
  • Flexible start times! We just ask that staff complete an 8-hour workday with a consistent start time between 7:30 and 9:00 am.

We value diversity – in background and experience. 3twenty needs people from all backgrounds and walks of life to help bring our projects to life. At 3twenty, we are deliberate about the team we are building, as we believe our people make all the difference in cultivating a culture of collaboration and innovation.
