Responsibilities
- Handle residential real estate conveyancing files from opening to closing
- Prepare correspondence, legal documents, searches, registrations, and reporting
- Coordinate with clients, realtors, lenders, lawyers, and external parties
- Maintain accurate files, checklists, and closing documentation
- Assist with security documentation and transaction preparation
- 1-2+ years of real estate conveyancing experience
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple files
- Farm/agriculture transactions or corporate financing experience is an asset
