- Elaborar, consolidar e acompanhar o orçamento (budget) de todas as áreas: Agrícola, Industrial, Comercial e Administrativa;
- Analisar e explicar variações entre orçado x realizado (real vs. budget);
- Apurar e fechar custos de: Plantio de cana, Tratos culturais (cana soca) e CTT (Corte, Transbordo e Transporte);
- Gestão de custos industriais e formação de: CPV (Custo dos Produtos Vendidos) e Custos por produto;
- Liderar equipe e desenvolver o time e garantir qualidade nas entregas;
- Suporte ativo à tomada de decisão;
- Revisar e provocar melhorias nos processos de custos.
- Formação superior em: Administração, Contabilidade, Engenharia, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência sólida em: Custos agroindustriais (preferencialmente sucroenergético) e Orçamento empresarial (budget e forecast);
- Experiência com gestão de equipes;
- Conhecimento em sistemas como SAP e/ou PIMS.
