We are hiring two Coordinator, Terminal Inventory & Operations positions on 12-month temporary basis.

As a Coordinator, Terminal Inventory & Operations you’ll:

  • Perform terminal-level inventory validation and reconciliation activities, including support for month-end, quarter-end, year-end, and audit requirements.
  • Collect and analyze terminal operational data to support issue resolution, performance visibility and business decision-making.
  • Investigate terminal inventory variances, transaction discrepancies, and system exceptions, coordinating resolution with terminal operators and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle issues impacting terminal inventory records, transaction completion, reporting, and data quality.
  • Coordinate with terminal operators, Rail Operations, Vessel Operations, the S&OP Supply & Inventory team, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to support efficient supply chain execution and aligned reconciliation processes.

You’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum two years’ experience handling inventory reconciliations and/or data management.
  • Ability to work non-traditional business hours.

Talent Profile:

  • Attention to detail: Ability to consistently produce accurate work by carefully reviewing inventory and operational data, identifying variances and discrepancies, investigating issues thoroughly, and ensuring records are complete, reliable, and accurate.
  • Technology Proficiency: Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to effectively utilize inventory management systems, such as Kaleris YTM, to manage data, perform reconciliations, support reporting, and maintain data integrity.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and discrepancies, investigate root causes and recommend practical sustainable solutions, and exercise sound judgment when issues should be escalated.
  • Clear & Impactful Communication: Ability to communicate clear, accurate, and timely information through strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, to coordinate activities, resolve inventory and operational issues, support system improvements, and enable informed business decision-making.
