About The Role

As a Data Warehouse Administrator, you will play a key role in developing and supporting data integration and reporting solutions that enable informed decision-making across the organization. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and reporting platforms aligned with enterprise architecture. This role ensures the reliability, performance, and security of data warehouse environments, supporting high-quality, timely access to critical health data.

What You’ll Do

Reporting To The Manager, Data Management, You Will

  • Develop, support, and optimize data warehouse, data integration, and data processing solutions within the corporate architecture framework.
  • Design and implement data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Microsoft Fabric Data Factory, notebooks, and Spark.
  • Build and maintain Fabric Lakehouse and OneLake solutions using medallion architecture patterns (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain data solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Monitor, tune, and optimize system performance to ensure stability, reliability, and scalability.
  • Automate and monitor production activities, including extract/load processes, reporting, and notebook-driven data workflows.
  • Manage system security, data access controls, backups, and disaster recovery processes to ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related area of study.
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in data integration within a complex environment.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience would be considered
  • Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases, data warehousing concepts, and cloud-based data platforms, with Microsoft Fabric experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience developing data pipelines, working with PySpark, Lakehouse architecture, and deployment pipelines, including 1–2 years of hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience.
  • Experience with ETL technologies, including tool-based development (e.g., Informatica—PowerCenter/Integration Services/Workflow/IDMC/TDM and/or SSIS/ SAP BODS or similar) and end-to-end lifecycle delivery.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
  • Microsoft certifications such as Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, Azure Data Engineer Associate, Power BI Data Analyst, or other relevant Azure and data engineering certifications are considered assets; knowledge of the healthcare environment and data quality improvement techniques is also an asset.
