Delivery Driver
The pay range for this role is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.*
Aaron’s Delivery Drivers are an integral part of ensuring positive customer experiences. This fast-paced, store-based role includes driving, installing, moving, and picking up merchandise, as well as demonstrating how customers can use their products. You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community.

- The desire to make a positive difference for customers.
- Stage, load, and appropriately secure products, and safely operate the company vehicle.
- Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
- Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
- Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
- Must be at least 21 years of age for positions within the United States and at least 18 years of age in Canada.
- Requires a valid state driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR).
- Must be able to obtain DOT certification, if required for the position’s location.
- Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another associate.
- Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat.
- Experience moving household furnishings and appliances.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
- Note that the pay range provided above is the lowest to highest rate we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission or any other form of compensation that is allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company’s sole discretion unless and until paid, and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
