DIGITAL CONTENT & COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST (B2B)
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Digital Communications Specialist (B2B) contributes to the creation, adaptation, and distribution of digital content across various platforms to support business visibility and initiatives. This individual supports the execution of digital communication and marketing strategies, ensures message consistency, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to deliver engaging content tailored to B2B audiences, while optimizing the performance of activities and campaigns.
Responsibilities
Content Development & Distribution
- Create, adapt, and repurpose content (articles, videos, social media posts, newsletters, white papers, customer stories) for multiple platforms (websites, LinkedIn, email, trade media, etc.).
- Write clear, engaging, and regulatory-aligned content, including promotional copy, website content, and press materials tailored to B2B audiences.
- Translate complex scientific and technical concepts into accessible and compelling content in collaboration with internal experts.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and storytelling across all communication touchpoints.
- Actively contribute to the development and ongoing update of website content.
Trade Media, Social Media & Website Execution
- Execute day-to-day activities across various channels, including LinkedIn and industry platforms.
- Support the implementation of the global media plan including asset coordination and delivery.
- Contribute to interactions with media partners (e.g., coordination of content, support for standard media responses).
- Manage and maintain the content calendar, ensuring consistent publishing across channels.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners (designers, video editors, publishers, journalists) to finalize and distribute content.
CRM Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Develop content for all CRM-based marketing initiatives (email campaigns, customer journeys, customer voice, content deployment, tracking).
- Work in close collaboration with the Digital Marketing Officer to ensure alignment and performance.
Collaboration & Operations
- Collaborate daily with Communications, Marketing, Product Managers, Digital Marketing Officer and external partners.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail.
- Support the rollout of campaigns, product launches, events, and corporate initiatives.
- Ensure deliverables meet timelines, formats, and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B content creation and marketing communications.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex scientific content
- Strong professional proficiency in French and English required for copy writing and frequent collaboration with internal and external teams
- Solid understanding of LinkedIn and digital content formats
- Practical experience with SEO, CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics an asset), and analytics
An asset
- Experience in life sciences, health, nutrition, or biotechnology
