• Ensure regular monitoring of operations, deliveries, and pickups via the computer system in order to have real-time status updates of drivers’ actions in the field
• Update various pieces of information in the computer system (TruckMate and Isaac)
• Effectively manage unexpected operational issues
• Communicate smoothly with drivers and clients
• Collaborate with various operational departments
• Perform any other related tasks

• Schedule : Monday to friday 1.30pm to 10pm
• Diploma in Logistics or Operations or equivalent experience
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Dispatching LTL Freights
• Knowledge in Truckmate and isaac
• Strong organizational skills and multitask
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions
• Strong logical skills and making sure the freights are moving constantly
• Knowledge of Road Transportation laws and regulations (Bill 430)
