Dispatcher I Day Shift

The Co-op Refinery Complex is hiring a Dispatcher I (Day Shift) on a permanent basis. This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK.

Shift Average 37.3 hours per week over a 2-week period with alternating Monday or Friday off. 8.20 hour days.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations. Your primary duties will include

• Operate and maintain Terminal Management System.
• Maintain operation of loading racks, products, and customers.
• Maintain rack and product information (products, temperatures, additive rates, recipes etc.)
• Generate, process and key truck and rail Bills of lading.
• Analyze and plan rail and truck loading.
• Forecast loading plan.
• Driver orientation and training.
• Performs data entry duties related as required.
• Maintain bill of lading printers.
• Confirm carrier freight from Bills of lading, including truck and rail dispatch as required.
• Inventory management at corporate bulk plants; tracing and expediting of shipments.
• Telephone duties as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Team You will work closely with the Petroleum Distribution team and will report into the Transportation Supervisor.

Who You Are

• Have a high school diploma, plus business course, which includes data entry training on comparable equipment or six months’ data entry experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience is required.
• Are eligible to enroll in CITT Level I certification.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills
