- Design, engineer, and draft electrical systems for generator sets and related auxiliary equipment in accordance with applicable specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
- Develop control and protection schemes for generator systems.
- Design and configure synchronization and load management systems that control, monitor, and display generator set performance.
- Perform factory acceptance testing (FAT) and support commissioning activities at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide technical support to internal teams, including Sales, Production, and After-Sales Service, to resolve application, testing, commissioning, and start-up issues related to control panels and switchgear systems.
- Prepare and maintain all required technical documentation, reports, and project records.
- Participate in customer site interventions and field service activities as required.
- Ensure compliance with company, industry, and safety standards throughout all project phases.
- College or university degree in electrical engineering with minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Member of the PEO or PEO eligible.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent Team player.
- Dynamic and leadership skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Design experience with AutoCAD Electrical.
- Familiarity with programs, sequence of operation and test procedures related to the use of PLC and HMI (Rockwell and Schneider).
