As an Engineering Student for PCL Construction Management Inc. in Calgary, Alberta and/or Lethbridge, you’ll have the opportunity to lead innovative infrastructure projects that shape the future of your community. We are seeking Engineering Students that are available for 4-16 months starting in January 2027.

Here's how a Engineering Student for PCL Construction Management Inc. within Calgary contributes to our team:

Responsibilities

• Coordinating drawings and work specific scope/trades/sub-trades
• Conduction of trade quote reviews by verifying material quantities, hours and rates
• Participation in project meetings
• Completion of deficiency walks and updating of deficiency logs
• Issues warranties
• Takes/coordinates progress photos
• Updates field drawings and produces as-built drawings
• Performance of quantity takeoffs
• Verification of site conditions and coordination of drawings
• Set-up and maintenance of records.
• Project schedule updates and creation of manual schedules using Primavera P6 EPPM software.
• Creating and maintaining graphical scheduling using AutoCAD.
• Monitoring of workforce productivity.
  
  

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and prior field construction experience will be considered an asset.
• Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting.
• A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle may be required depending on the project site/location.
