Responsible for supporting 24x7x365 enterprise operations center monitoring, incident triage, infrastructure support, and issue resolution activities across customer network, server, backup, IDS, and hosted services environments while ensuring operational uptime and customer satisfaction.

Work Shift Details: Friday to Tuesday - 6:30AM to 3:30PM Atlantic Time

Role

Monitor and acknowledge infrastructure alarms using LogicMonitor; Troubleshoot and triage incidents escalated from monitoring systems and operational teams; Resolve incidents within defined SLA timelines; Support customer satisfaction and operational support activities; Identify, escalate, and remediate documentation gaps where applicable; Manage EOC mailbox activities, vendor maintenance notifications, and shift handoff reports; Support infrastructure monitoring, incident management, and escalation procedures; Participate in technical certifications and continuous learning initiatives; Collaborate with operations teams to maintain service availability and operational efficiency

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, equivalent years of experience may be considered. The ratio is 1:1, meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience, and vice versa.
