Field Operator

Techmation Electric & Controls is looking for an experienced Field Operator to join for our Fort St John branch. Individuals must be knowledgeable about current OH&S legislation, and conversant with the industry standards and practices of today’s safety-focused Oil & Gas sector. This is a home every night based out of Fort St John running an 8 on/6 off shift. Candidates must live within the Fort St John region to be considered.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years Oil and Gas sour field operating experience is required.
• Experience with compression, dehy, scada and plunger wells.
• Oil experience an asset
• H2S Alive and CSO certificates are a requirement
• Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work within a team environment
• Must be self motivated with the ability to work alone and complete routine tasks
• Preference will be given to applicants with Ltd company and truck
• Applicants must live within the immediate Fort St John area
