Your missions
- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes in line with the hotel’s quality standards.
- Organize your workstation and maintain smooth communication with the team.
- Train and support cooks and other team members.
- Assist with inventory management and minimize food waste.
- Ensure compliance with the highest hygiene and food safety standards.
- Contribute to creating memorable culinary experiences for our guests.
- A unique work environment: ski-in/ski-out, golf, spa, and breathtaking panoramic views.

- Culinary diploma or equivalent experience.
- Relevant kitchen experience, ideally as a Chef de Partie.
- Strong culinary skills and willingness to refine techniques.
- Team spirit, leadership, and motivation.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset to serve an international clientele.
