French-Speaking Functional Analyst, Banking and ECM (35830)

Our Montreal-based banking client is seeking an experienced French-speaking Functional Analyst to support a major organizational integration program. The consultant will work with Product Owners, business partners and IT teams to translate business needs into functional solutions across applications, integrations and end-to-end processes.

This engagement requires three days onsite per week in Montreal.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional solutions and deliverables.
• Define, plan and execute functional analysis activities.
• Lead workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Perform impact assessments across application functionality, system integrations and end-to-end processes.
• Gather, document and maintain functional, non-functional, informational and transitional requirements.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Define functional test scenarios and support functional testing and UAT.
• Support operational readiness, transition and Agile delivery.
• Contribute to AI-enabled improvements in requirements analysis and documentation.
  
  

Mandatory Qualifications

• Fluency in French.
• Based in Montreal and able to work onsite three days per week.
• Banking industry experience.
• Content-management experience involving DocuSign, CMOD or FileNet.
• Strong functional requirements gathering and documentation experience.
• Experience with application functionality and systems integration analysis.
• Experience facilitating business and technical workshops.
• Experience supporting functional testing, UAT and solution assessment.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
