Caron is currently recruiting for a Front Desk Administrator for our Head Office in Sherwood Park. This position resides at the front desk and assists all departments with administrative support, reporting to the Accounting Supervisor and Accounting Manager. This position is the first point of contact for visitors at the Head Office location, answers unassigned incoming calls and completes several office support duties.

Caron is currently recruiting for a Front Desk Administrator for our Head Office in Sherwood Park. The Role
- Administrative & Reception Support
- Open and close the office in accordance with operational hours
- Greet and direct visitors to their contacts
- Answer and redirect unassigned incoming calls to department
- Distribute all incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for courier/regular postage
- Order/process postage for mail machine
- Order office supplies and arrange maintenance/repair for office equipment
- Create PO’s for building and administrative services
- Office & Amenities Maintenance
- Maintain the clean presentation of the communal kitchen and coffee station, including brewing fresh coffee
- Monitor, inventory, and reorder kitchen and coffee supplies to keep amenities fully stocked
- Safety and Compliance
- Support Safety department during safety drills and exercises by maintaining and providing accurate company attendance logs
- Perform all other duties and projects as assigned
- Administrative Diploma or Certificate preferred
- 2+ years office experience
- Intermediate computer skills
