Job Description

Yoga Tree Studios is currently hiring for a Front Desk Yoga Advisor who has strong customer service skills, is highly motivated, confident, and detail oriented, and believes in the transformative benefits of yoga.

We are looking for candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and are available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your flexibility also extends to being able to pick up shifts as needed.

As an integral member of our team, you will play a key role in various aspects of our studio operations. Your responsibilities will include managing yoga packages and membership sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and upholding the highest standards of studio maintenance.

Yoga Tree Studios is looking for a highly motivated, confident, creative, and organized person who believes in the benefits of yoga. We are currently seeking strong customer service–oriented individuals to join our team. Candidates must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with the availability to pick up shifts when needed. You will be responsible for the sales of yoga packages, customer service, and maintenance of our studio (including mopping the studios and cleaning changerooms).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sale of yoga packages, assisting clients in choosing the best options to meet their needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all members.
• Maintain the studio’s cleanliness and ambiance to uphold our quality standards and ensure a safe environment for all.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, including covering shifts when necessary and managing the opening and closing procedures of the studio.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive studio culture that encourages personal growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for yoga and a belief in its positive impact on overall well-being.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and willingness to adapt to changing schedules.
• Prior experience with Mindbody and working in a yoga studio is a plus.

Hours of Work

This is a part-time job where flexibility is key. You must be able to accommodate our changing schedule needs; evenings, weekends, and holidays are a must. For example, weekday shifts may include 9:00am–1:45pm, 4:45pm–8:45pm, or 5:00pm–9:15pm, and weekend shifts may include 8:30am–2:45pm or 2:00pm–7:00pm. Preference is given to candidates with morning weekday availability.
