Fund II is a generalist fund focused on distribution companies in non-real estate sectors, currently in its hold stage. Fund III is a strategic real estate-adjacent fund, targeting companies that manufacture and distribute building products, currently in deployment.

Real Estate Equity Partners (“EQP”)

Launched in 2022, KV’s EQP business provides equity to experienced real estate developers across Western Canada. Currently, we manage investor capital across two funds, both of which invest in mid-size “build and sell” real estate projects. Fund I and II are fully committed.
