We are seeking future candidates for roles including Sales Associates, Sales Leads / Key Holders, and Assistant Store Managers.

What You’ll Do

Sales Associate

  • Deliver a memorable, personalized customer experience that reflects the Swatch brand
  • Share product knowledge with energy and authenticity
  • Support merchandising, visual standards, and daily store operations
  • Contribute to a vibrant and inclusive store culture


Sales Lead / Key Holder

  • Lead on the floor to drive sales and elevate the customer experience
  • Support opening and closing procedures and operational execution
  • Coach and inspire team members to achieve results
  • Act as a role model and brand ambassador


Assistant Store Manager

  • Partner with the Store Manager to drive business performance
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and visual execution
  • Build a culture of accountability, creativity, and collaboration
