Position Description
As a General Laborer - Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, handling, and preparing materials or products for shipment while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Morning Shift, 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities
Position Description
As a General Laborer - Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, handling, and preparing materials or products for shipment while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Morning Shift, 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday - Friday

- Ability to maintain quality standards.
- High degree of concentrated attention required.
- Ability to learn duties of job in a short period of time.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work flexible schedules when necessary.
- Ability to work overtime when it is deemed necessary.
- Committed to the safety program of the company.
- Constant care necessary to prevent serious injury.
- Teamwork at all levels.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse, picking, or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and pick lists
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills/ Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50Lbs materials.
