General Manager - Luxury/High End Rental Condo

As a General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient management of property assets. Your role will include leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Description

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for property operations.
• Oversee property budgets, financial reporting, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize property performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor property management teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of property assets.
• Address and resolve escalated tenant or operational issues.

Profile

A successful General Manager should have:

• Experience in the Hospitality/ Luxury Hotel space
• Proven experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent financial acumen and budgeting capabilities.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
