About the Future in Progress: Graduates program
Our 24-month cross-functional program is structured around three 8-month rotations. From day one, you’ll work on real projects, gain hands-on experience, and build skills across a variety of teams. You’ll also join a supportive graduate community, benefit from a premium learning curriculum—including workshops, training sessions and digital tools — high challenge, high support from mentors and senior leaders.

During your rotations, you could work in areas such as:
- Smoke-Free: Join teams that develop our smoke-free products. Get involved in research and development, analyze markets and customer trends, and help shape product strategy and marketing before products reach our retailers and legal-age customers.
- Commercial: Build practical experience bringing our products to market. Work in sales and marketing, grow relationships with retailers, learn territory management, and see how your work directly impacts our business results.
- Corporate Functions: Contribute to strategic support areas such as corporate affairs, finance, marketing, people & culture, and strategy. Build professional confidence as you contribute to projects that drive our transformation.
- Work with teams across Latin America and Canada and discover new cultures.
- Build lifelong connections and a professional network.
- Take on real responsibility and see the results of your work.
- Grow with structured onboarding and continuous development.
- Experiment and innovate in a supportive and encouraging environment.
We’re looking for innovative, curious, and ambitious graduates who are fast learners, think creatively, take initiative, and thrive in dynamic settings. To be eligible for the Future in Progress Graduate program, you should have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields such as business, digital, economics, finance, human resources, legal, marketing, political science, or equivalent experience or qualification.
- A maximum of 3-years of post-graduation work experience.
- Proficiency in English and the local language.
- Legal right to work in the country you’re applying for (without sponsorship).
- Willingness to relocate in your home market or abroad.
- Valid driver’s license
- Agility and adaptability in a dynamic market.
- Initiative and courage to experiment.
- The ability to understand and apply commercial insights.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Only CV´s / resume submitted in English will be considered.
- Mobility within Canada (Ontario HQ) is required.
- Manage a sales territory effectively: Plan visits, prioritize opportunities, monitor performance, and ensure strong execution across assigned retail accounts.
- Deliver excellence in execution: Execute sales priorities consistently, maintain high in-store standards, and follow through on plans with discipline and attention to detail.
- Build strong customer relationships: Develop trust with retailers, understand customer needs, and provide responsive support that helps grow the business.
- Represent our products and brands confidently: Communicate product and brand value clearly, support adoption of commercial initiatives, and act as a credible ambassador in the market.
- Drive results with resilience: Stay focused on targets, adapt quickly to changing market conditions, and maintain energy and persistence in a fast-paced environment.
