- Edit and update pages on our website
- Design and build marketing emails
- Keep projects organized and on schedule using our project management tools
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to bring ideas to life
We care about your creativity, your craft, and your ability to lead the brand:
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and content creation
- A strong portfolio across brand, social, and digital work
- A solid video editing background
- Website editing and email creation/design experience
- Proficiency with design and video tools: Figma, Adobe Suite (including Premiere Pro and After Effects), and Envato
- Hands-on experience with AI content tools such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and Nano Banana
- Comfortable working in HubSpot, WordPress, Google Workspace, and project management tools to create, publish, and track work
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- A strong creative eye, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership over brand consistency
- Positive attitude and team player
- Bilingual (English and French)
- English proficiency is essential for collaboration with global teams outside Quebec.
- French Intermediate or above
Bonus points if you’ve worked in SaaS, healthcare, or a fast-moving marketing team.
- Real ownership of our brand and creative output across channels
- Access to the latest AI content tools to do more, faster
- Mentorship, feedback, and room to grow
- A clear path to grow with a scaling marketing team
- Competitive salary
- A fun, high-energy, team-driven culture
- You own the brand, not just individual assets
- Work hands-on with cutting-edge AI content tools
- Span the full creative range: brand, social, video, web, and email
