About The Role
As a Grape Sorter, you'll be a key player in the winemaking process. You'll work on the sorting line during harvest, ensuring only the highest-quality grapes make it into our wines. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that’s ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, a great team atmosphere, and being immersed in nature.

About The Role
As a Grape Sorter, you'll be a key player in the winemaking process. You'll work on the sorting line during harvest, ensuring only the highest-quality grapes make it into our wines. Key Responsibilities
- Sort and remove leaves, stems, underripe or damaged grapes from freshly harvested fruit
- Operate and monitor sorting equipment under guidance
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of sorting area and tools
- Work closely with the cellar and vineyard team to support harvest operations
- Uphold quality and safety standards at all times
- Outdoor and indoor work, primarily on the crush pad
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods and working in varying weather conditions
- Harvest typically runs from September to end of October, with extended or flexible hours during peak times
- No previous experience required—just a great attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a team setting
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Punctual, reliable, and attentive to detail
- Enthusiasm for wine and a love for the outdoors is a bonus!
