What you will be doing:
As a Housekeeper at Carmen's Group, you'll play an essential role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest. From preparing guest rooms to maintaining public spaces and supporting event operations, your attention to detail helps ensure every visitor enjoys an exceptional experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and banquet spaces to company standards
- Make beds, change linens, vacuum, dust, replenish room amenities, and ensure all areas are clean, organized, and presentable
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate department
- Using cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently, following proper protocols
- Communicate effectively with the Front Desk and other departments to ensure guest requests and operational needs are met
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies while maintaining a positive, professional attitude with guests and team members
- Perform other related duties as required to support hotel and event operations
What Makes You Shine in Housekeeping:
- 1–2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality environment; previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
- A strong attention to detail, commitment to cleanliness, and ability to maintain high presentation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and work collaboratively with team members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to safely handle cleaning products and follow health and safety procedures
- Flexibility to work daytime shifts, including weekends and holidays
- A clean criminal background check and a commitment to maintaining guest confidentiality and hotel security standards
