Job Purpose

As an HR Systems Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in evolving our internal infrastructure by leading the rollout of new software features and system enhancements. You will act as the bridge between HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure our people technology is robust, integrated, and data-driven. Your expertise will guarantee that our HR ecosystem remains efficient and scalable, providing a seamless experience for all global employees while proactively exploring emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions to future-proof our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of new HR software features and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Analyze complex system and process dependencies to design streamlined, automated workflows.
• Collaborate closely with external vendors and internal IT teams to ensure technical requirements meet business needs
• Maintain the integrity of the HR ecosystem by proactively troubleshooting issues and identifying long-term technical solutions.
• Integrate HR software seamlessly with other internal company systems to ensure a unified data environment.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks, enhance predictive analytics, or improve the employee self-service experience.
• Develop comprehensive training resources and guidelines to support user adoption of automated processes.
• Manage in-system analytics and contribute high-quality data to broader company-wide reporting initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Proven experience in HRIS implementation, system migration, or HR technology project management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to map complex processes and identify system dependencies.
• Technical proficiency in managing HR ecosystems and ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating between HR stakeholders, IT professionals, and software vendors.
• Experience creating technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials for diverse audiences.
• Advanced data literacy with the ability to generate meaningful insights through in-system and company analytics.
• Self-motivated approach to troubleshooting and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
• A demonstrated interest in or experience with using AI tools to enhance HR processes or data workflows.
