Graham is actively recruiting a HSE Manager for the Buildings Division. Reporting to the Senior Regional HSE Manager, the HSE Manager is responsible for leading and supporting operational teams, driving implementation of HSE initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and proactively identifying and mitigating health, safety, and environmental risks.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

• Lead Health, Safety & Environmental Program Execution: Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight for the effective implementation of the HSE Management System across projects and operations
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Assess regulatory requirements, project-specific safety plans, hazard assessments, emergency protocols, and safe work procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
• Engage Clients: Provide safety updates, reports, and maintain strong client relationships compliance, sustainability initiatives, and climate‑related programs across all divisions
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor site conditions, correct hazards, and support best practices
• Investigation and Report: Handle incident investigations, analyze trends, and maintain accurate safety records
  
  

The Right Tools for the Job

• Education: Minimum high school diploma and completion of a college or technical diploma program required; a degree in a safety-related field is preferred. Health and Safety certification is required, with a professional designation such as CRSP or CSP considered an asset
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in environmental management and sustainability, ideally within construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors
• Skills: Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, incident investigation, and compliance; proficiency in MS Office and online reporting tools
  
  

Compensation

• Salary Range $125,000 to $135,000 per annum
• Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
• Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
