Human Resources Manager | Quebec & Atlantic Canada

HR isn't here to sit on the sidelines.
Neither are you.
At CBI Health, we're looking for a Bilingual Human Resources Manager who isn't afraid to challenge thinking, influence decisions, and help leaders build stronger teams. This isn't an HR role focused exclusively on paperwork and policy. This is a high-impact role supporting multiple provinces, leaders, and teams. You'll be navigating change, balancing competing priorities, and tackling complex people matters. It's not always easy but if you enjoy influencing decisions, solving meaningful challenges, and making a visible impact, you'll find this work incredibly rewarding.
If you're known for asking the tough questions, bringing practical solutions, and earning a seat at the table, keep reading.
What You'll Own
Because meaningful work deserves meaningful impact. Every day, our teams help Canadians live healthier lives; behind every great client outcome is a team of engaged employees and strong leaders, and that's where you come in.
If you're ready to influence leaders, drive change, and help build a workplace where people and performance thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
Built for Everyone
We’re building a team that reflects the communities we serve – diverse, inclusive, and stronger for it.
