With a strong legacy of growth, technical expertise, and customer partnership, this organization plays a critical role in supporting Canada’s electrification, utility modernization, and infrastructure development initiatives.
As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join their Edmonton branch and support a well-established, growing customer base in the electrification and utility segment.
This is more than a traditional inside sales role. You will become a key contributor to a high-performing branch team that supports critical infrastructure projects across the region. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you will develop product knowledge across a broad range of electrical and industrial solutions while learning the technical and commercial fundamentals of the business.
You will:
- Support and grow relationships within an established portfolio of utility and industrial accounts
- Prepare detailed quotations and provide timely follow-up
- Expedite critical, time-sensitive orders tied to infrastructure projects
- Partner closely with outside sales and branch leadership to ensure exceptional customer service
- Gain exposure to diverse product lines supporting electrification, grid reliability, and industrial applications
- Build the foundation for long-term career growth within a national organization
We are looking for individuals who bring energy, initiative, and a genuine interest in industrial sales. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving customer challenges, and works collaboratively within a team-oriented branch setting.
You bring:
- 2–3 years of inside sales and customer relationship management experience (industrial distribution experience strongly preferred)
- A proactive approach to supporting both established and new accounts
- A demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Experience working collaboratively within a sales team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset
- A desire to learn technical products and grow within the electrification space
