Description
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and workflow diagrams.
- Work closely with the technology team to implement and test solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented systems and solutions.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements as needed.

Profile
A successful Intermediate Business Systems Analyst should have:
- Experience in business analysis within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
