As an Intermediate Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in the industrial and manufacturing sector, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Based in Winnipeg, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications to support business objectives.

Description

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and workflow diagrams.
  • Work closely with the technology team to implement and test solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented systems and solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements as needed.

Profile

A successful Intermediate Business Systems Analyst should have:

  • Experience in business analysis within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in business process modelling and requirement gathering techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to managing multiple tasks and priorities.
