Position Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of JSS Territory Manager – Northern BC (based out of Prince George or Terrace area)
The Territory Manager is responsible for developing key partnerships through driving in-field conversions, trials, and brand awareness, which directly impacts our market share in your region of responsibility for our targeted Heavy Duty Partners / assigned accounts list.
A successful candidate will possess the passion, initiative and drive necessary to deal directly with our largest partners in their environment, which includes the jobsite, tool cribs, and the office.

The Territory Manager assists in all Heavy-Duty Partner activity to drive brand awareness in your territory.

What You Will Do
The Territory Manager assists in all Heavy-Duty Partner activity to drive brand awareness in your territory.
In this position, the Territory Manager will:
- Work closely with our Sales, Product, & Marketing Teams to develop end-user specific plans that align to the growth of our Heavy Duty Partners
- Build strong relationships with end-users and distribution partners
- Build end-user specific plans within your territory and exceed all assigned targets
- Effectively present and sell the Milwaukee advantage to our Heavy Duty Partners
- Communicating with multiple business functions involved in the selling and conversion process
- Be a product and application expert for Milwaukee’s breadth of line in Cordless, Hand Tools, Accessories, PPE, and Corded products
- Know your competition and their weaknesses
- Understand major projects within your designated territory
- Operate within the established budget guidelines
- Prepare and present monthly recaps and product forecasts for any large-scale opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- 2–3 years of sales and leadership experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Results-driven with attention to detail and accountability
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and influencing abilities
- Adaptable, eager to learn, and open to feedback
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel as needed
